Nic & Tristan are 19 year-old fraternal twins boys. They began skateboarding when they were 6 years old and within a few years became known worldwide as the Skateboarding Twins. They were well on their way to competing in the X-Games with more than 14 sponsors including Nike, Gatorade and Sony. They signed a 4-year contract with Nike, a day before their 8th birthday. Their skateboarding videos on YouTube have more than 14M views, and to this day, are among the most-watched of all-time. They have been covered extensively in the media appearing on ABC Nightline, CNN, Ellen DeGeneres (twice), World Evening News with Katie Couric, Sports Stars of Tomorrow and FUEL TV’s New Pollution. The New York Times have done two feature stories about them. The first as skateboarders and the second as tennis players.
Their popularity soon caught the attention of Hollywood where they were signed by WME and starred in the family feature film, Nic & Tristan Go Mega Dega which has run extensively on Showtime, Netflix and can now be seen on Amazon Prime.
In August 2011, they gave it all up for tennis. Looking for a new challenge, they set their sights on becoming a great doubles team on the ATP Tour. Since quitting skateboarding, they have hit more than 2M balls and have been training on average 6 days a week, 3-5 hours a day. They have partnered with Adidas Tennis and PowerBar and other companies as they continue to work hard on making it on the ATP Tour.
